Normal Martín builds product, and he builds it himself.
Ten years of product at scale — 0 to 4M users at Gelt, payments and KYC at Codere Online, a squad of 10 at Bluma in São Paulo.
Since 2025 I design, build, test and launch my own products. Two are live, plus a third built for one of Spain's best wedding filmmakers. Not prototypes, not Figma files — things with real users, running in production, that you can open in the next tab.
Most product people can tell you what to build. I can hand it to you working. Based in Barcelona, open to remote.

Drag the cards, or drag the background to pan. Add, edit and delete from the toolbar — nothing you change here is saved, so reset puts it back. The Camelina freelance year sits under Gelt because that is where it happened: in parallel, not instead.
